Maintenance is a strategic contribution to competitiveness. Maintaining the value of the facilities on a long-term basis and minimizing unscheduled standstill times is top priority. The Hardware CARE & Maintenance Program provides for reliable maintenance of customer facilities by certified AVL Service Engineers. Quality and availability are guaranteed by exclusive use of AVL original parts and by most accurate compliance with maintenance procedures.

AVL’s maintenance program focuses on:

  • Maximizing reliability and availability of test facility equipment
  • Secured utilization of the testing equipment while keeping a balanced cost-effective approach in terms of expenses over an asset’s lifetime
