AVL CanLoadCanister Loading StationThe activated carbon filter loading station is aimed to determine the working capacity of activated carbon canisters. Corresponding conditioning and fuelling cycles can be offered using loading rates between 15 g/h, 40 g/h up to 100 g/h. The system is an automatic system for conditioning and targeted loading of activated carbon canisters, as they are used in vehicles to collect petrol vapours. The activated carbon filter loading station is available in different versions:
Lab Solution- n-streams for individual Butane/N2 tests
- n-streams for individual Fuel-vapour/N2 tests
- 1-stream for individual Butane/N2 SHED
- conditioning

- Automatical density check (pressure or vacuum test) incl. leak rate determination
- Volume flow specific difference pressure determination (pressure loss via activated carbon filter)
- Automatical sequential test cycles (leak test, flushing, loading, etc.)
- Single and multi stream systems
- Parameterization of test cycles
- Stepless loading rates adjustable
- Stepless flushing rates adjustable
- Flushing cycles as over pressure and depression system available
- Online decrease of pressure determination of activated carbon filter
