As the limitations for exhaust emission are getting tighter and the requirements for quality continue to increase, the demand for Production Line Test equipment is growing every year. AVL is offering several solutions to fulfill these needs:

SORE MB-SAA

A stand-alone gas analyzer that may be utilized for end-of-line quality audit testing, especially if the engine manufacturing is at a different location as the Certification/Audit laboratories.

SORE MB-CAA (Carburetor Adjustment Analyzer)

A gas analyzer system designed for the adjustment of Small Off-Road Engine carburetors using the CO/CO2 ratio (diluted) or CO (raw) method.

SORE CAA Test Stand

Semi or fully automated test systems for the carburetor adjustment and quality control checks (e.g. engine power, clutch test, throttle lock test).

SORE GEM-PLT and GEM-Data Acquisition

Automation system and optional data acquisition package especially designed for end-of-line quality audit verification and durability testing.

SORE DynoCon

Dynamometer controller for hysteresis and eddy-current brakes
