Customer Requirements

The rapidly increasing number of electronic control devices in the vehicle leads to an even faster increase in communication on various data buses. Failures have to be reduced despite decreasing development time.

Commercial “off-the-shelf” electronic control solutions hardly ever fit all the specific needs of your engine or powertrain project. Modifications are always required, for the integration into the network of ECU’s and for diagnostics or bus communication as well as for functionality. The task seems minor, but when it comes to validation and verification of the whole system, specialized skills are required and frequently not available. Finally, you have to drive the system suppliers and not be driven by them.
