CAMEOvehicle is a software product for the computer aided calibration and optimization of engine control units in the vehicle or office environment. CAMEOvehicle basically consists of an extended map calculator, adapted for optimization tasks in the vehicle on the road. The map calculator enables the user to read/write maps, tables and parameters in the control unit. The software contains features such as the recalculation of map grid points and supports the calculation and display of differential maps. All work steps are stored in a history file and the software can access optimization results from a CAMEO database originating from the test bed or office environment.
