The Fuel Balance and Fuel Temperature Control are used to measure petrol and diesel engine fuel consumption on engine test beds, steady-state test beds and chassis dynamometers in research, development and production for maximum measurement volumes of 1800g.
The fuel consumption is determined gravimetrically and permits high measurement accuracy even at low flow rates and short measurement times.
Also continuous and dynamic fuel consumption measurement on engines with air bubbles in the engine fuel return line is possible.
