The new CVS i60 dilution system is characterized by an innovative, compact and modular concept. The unique design enables the installation of four venturis with a flow rate of up to 30m3/min in a single 19” cabinet. A heat exchanger can be integrated into the cabinet depending on the application and fuel type. The use of state-of-the-art electronic CAN Open technology and an enhanced valve matrix enables the installation of up to 16 exhaust gas bags (4 x 4) with separate gas paths.
In designing the new valve matrix, particular importance was attached to minimize dead volumes which produces faster response times. This results in more precise bag measurements and thus time savings during running operation.
