The new dilution systems of AVL combine the broad competence and decades of experience of AVL, Pierburg Instruments and PEUS-Systems. Designed for engine and vehicle development and research the CVS i60 is a flexible, space-saving and cost-efficient full-flow dilution system for gaseous and gravimetric particulate measurements.
Attention to the Last DetailThe CVS i60 complies with most exacting legislated requirements such as EURO 5 or SULEV for light duty. The modular design of the system and the short installation period enable flexible use of the system on both engine test beds and chassis dyno test beds. In the development of the CVS i60, we paid attention to the finest details in order to achieve maximized productivity, simple integration and control options as well as reliable and exact measured data.
Compact DesignIn the light duty dilution system, for flow rates up to 30 m3/min, the AVL CVS i60™ is integrated in a single 19” cabinet and is the most compact solution available on the emission market.
