AVL Approach- Our role is to ensure that the design concept is production viable when taking into account the individual project boundary conditions.
- AVL's team of Production Engineers work both on AVL's site and increasingly on the customers site supporting the demands of existing and new model introductions.
- Both the customer and their suppliers are subject to process audits (e.g. casting processes, machining, assembly, parts logistics).
- Stand alone projects such as engine cost down, quality improvement programmes and training courses etc. are also undertaken.
