AVL AMA i60™ Exhaust Measuring SystemIntelligent and Flexible – the New AVL AMA i60Attention to the Last DetailOn the whole, the AVL AMA i60™ is characterized by the use of improved gas analyzers in combination with a compact and modular system design. With a parameterizable graphical control and user interface, plug & play functionalities as well as graphical, interactive diagnostic system, the AVL AMA i60™ has been designed in such a way as to perform exhaust gas analysis as smoothly and cost-efficiently as possible.
Compact DesignSystems with 3 sample gas streams plus calibration units are now housed in a 19” cabinet and up to 6 sample streams can be lodged in 2 cabinets. This means reduced installation and start-up work, compact 3-stream sample gas preparation and reduced expenses for operating the system.
The Future TodayAt the same time, we were able to considerably decrease costs for installation, operation, and service as well as the general operating costs (total cost of ownership). The AVL AMA i60™ is ideally prepared for the current and future requirements of our customers.
Areas of ApplicationDepending on the selected configuration, the AMA i60 exhaust measuring systems contain analyzers with a large dynamic measurement range for THC, NO/NO2/NOx, CO, CO2, O2, N2O, CH4, SO2, NH3 and H2O. The measurement ranges may need to be adapted to the relevant measurement application (diluted or undiluted exhaust gas and/or gasoline/diesel/hydrogen, etc.). In combination with different sampling systems, the AMA i60 is ideally suited for the development and emission certification of internal combustion engines in accordance with EPA/ECE/Japan and other legislations. For the AMA i60 SULEV version, an optimized system design has been combined with new low-emission gas analyzers. Furthermore, there are AMA i60 special versions for hydrogen-fuelled engines and other applications.
