AMA i60 - The Analyzers

The new gas analyzers are the basis for improved measurement results. They are characterized by the following core properties:

Intelligent – Innovative – Precise and Fast

  • Plug & play analyzers enable a fast change of analyzers and thus ensure data integrity.
  • The use of additional internal sensors enables a high-grade, interactive diagnostic system and, as a result, the fast detection of faults or changes.
  • Operation without span gases is enabled by the use of span gas cells (except for THC). In that way you can reduce operating and investment costs.
  • On average, the signal-to-noise ratio was improved by up to 30 %, thus enabling a higher measurement accuracy and greater reproducibility.
  • Cross interferences were minimized by means of thorough optimization measures. For example, the hot CLD fulfils the exacting EPA 40 CFR Part 1065 quench requirements without any cross corrections.
  • By means of faster electronics, improved signal conditioning and eliminating unnecessary dead volumes, response times were considerably improved.
  • The gas analyzers are connected via high-speed CAN Open interfaces which enables sampling rates up to 50 Hz.
