ECS requirements engineering
Software high-level requirement document creation (diesel, natural gas, dual fuel). Description of required control functionality and of required system sensors and actuators. Document will be used for quotation request at ECS suppliers and as base for further development.

Support and assessment for ECS supplier selection
List and contact possible ECS suppliers. Clarification of details with possible suppliers. Compare suppliers' capabilities in reference to current project requirements. Recommendation of supplier and way of realization.

Support and assessment for sensor/actuator supplier selection
List and contact possible sensor/actuator suppliers. Clarification of details with possible suppliers. Compare suppliers' capabilities in reference to current project requirements. Recommendation of suppliers.

ECS function architecture design
Design of functional architecture, from conceptual work up to detail definition (e.g. data flow with multi-processor system; integration of aftertreatment system into ECS).

ECS control algorithm development for dedicated functions
Development of functions to be integrated into customers' software (from other supplier or internal). Delivery as concept-only or detail documents or models or software ready to be integrated. Delivery of open source code possible. E.g. air path (EGR, boost, AFR,…), fuel/gas path (torque, injector control, fuel pressure control,…), exhaust gas aftertreatment (SCR, DOC,…), monitoring, diagnostic, sensor acquisition (regular and complex sensors)

ECS control algorithm development for retrofit solutions
Development of solutions for production ECS. Application of additional features with no or minor changes to existing software (e.g. dual fuel retrofit unit).
