What's it all about?

A job where you can put your organizational and communication skills to best use. You will coordinate various processes in an office and act at the center of an international technology group. In your daily work you will be in contact with customers and colleagues from all around the world. You will stay on top of things even when they get hectic.

What you will learn

  • Performance of administrative tasks by means of company IT and communication systems (Outlook, SAP, etc.)
  • Fundamentals of bookkeeping and cost accounting
  • Creation of files and filing systems
  • How to carry out assessments, evaluations and analyses and how to draw up statistics
  • As a liaison between suppliers, colleagues and Management you will be in charge of in-house and external customer relations
