A Highly efficient test method for validating power electronics
As the automotive industry continues its transformation toward the electrified powertrain, new tools are needed for the development, testing, calibration and validation of electrical systems. This includes both high voltage and low voltage power electronics.

Quick, Convenient, Accurate
Consisting of an electrical machine emulator and a battery emulator, Power HiL lets you conduct automated high-voltage and low-voltage tests by simulating the vehicle and its ancillary units. It does this using residual bus simulation and a cooling circuit.
Current and voltage values are emulated in real time across all four quadrants. Testing is incredibly precise thanks to highly dynamic power amplifiers operating in a wide range, including failure simulation. Employed in early development phases, our test methods are not only cost effective, but will save you time during the power electronic validation.
Power HiL features DUT protection with electronic limits and enhances security by eliminating rotating or vibrating components. It can reduce energy consumption thanks to its optimized energy flow in the emulator network.
