Career opportunities in a top apprenticeship company

 

In 2013, AVL was awarded the National Coat of Arms combined with the title "State Approved Training Company" in recognition of its training provisions for young people.

The Federal Ministry of Science, Research and Economy awards this distinction to companies that provide excellent service to the Austrian economy by offering outstanding training and qualification possibilities to young people. 

 

 

The winners of the "Best Companies for Apprenticeship in Austria" awards are selected according to a unique certification procedure, which equally takes into account both the display of the company apprenticeship concept and feedback of the apprentices themselves.
For the period of 2018/19, AVL was certified with silver.

 

 

Every two years, Austrian companies that train apprentices are awarded the national "Fit for Future" award for quality, innovative power and sustainability in apprenticeship training. 

Over the past few years, AVL has always been among the top five apprentices' training companies in the category of companies with 250+ members of staff. In 2015 AVL has been nominated for the Austrian state award for its outstanding achievements and programs.

The quality seal illustrates that AVL is one of the best training companies in Austria; and in Styria it is the uncontested number 1 in training young people.
AVL has for many years been among the leading training companies in Styria. In 2007, the Austrian Economic Chamber started to present the "Stars of Styria" awards to apprentices who conclude their training with distinction as also to the training companies in recognition of their commitment to professional vocational qualification and further training.

AVL has been awarded this prize eight times, and has been a recipient every year since 2010.
