Trecker Talk at AVL: Discussing the Future of Agricultural Technology

  • News
Opening of AVL Tech Center Steyr

When AVL Tech Center Steyr officially opened in April 2025, Trecker Talk was already part of the story. Now, around one and a half years later, the conversation returns to Steyr to explore how agricultural machinery, off-road vehicle technology and development priorities have evolved.

In the upcoming Trecker Talk podcast episode, agricultural technology experts Dieter Dänzer and Ilja K. T. Führer from NITT join our experts Johannes Roth (Director Product & Business Development Off-Road / Engineering) and Harald Bauer-Allram (Head of International Accounts Commercial Vehicles / Testing). Together, they discuss the trends, technologies and development priorities shaping the future of agricultural and off-road machinery.

Farmers, OEMs and technology partners are under pressure to improve efficiency, sustainability and connectivity while ensuring reliable performance in demanding off-road applications. At AVL Tech Center Steyr, engineering and validation expertise for on- and off-road commercial vehicles comes together in one location. The podcast explores how innovative technologies move from simulation and concept development into real machines, testing environments and practical applications.
