AVL Italia proudly announces the milestone of the 11th edition of its "H-Demia" training program. Designed to bridge the gap between the academic and professional worlds, H-Demia has successfully trained nearly 50 participants over the past five years.

H-Demia offers two sessions annually, engaging over twenty AVL experts and delivering a total of 360 hours per each edition. The program focuses on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) fields and aims to develop the skills of the trainees matching them with the market expectations. Approximately 25 of the trained individuals are now permanently employed by AVL and working with the company's clients in the automotive and transportation sectors.

Dino Brancale, CEO of AVL Italia, commented, "H-Demia was conceived to connect young talents with our ecosystem and supply chain. The numbers clearly show that this is a winning initiative, and we will continue to invest in it."

The 11th edition of H-Demia has just commenced, with eight new participants currently undergoing training. The program begins with classroom sessions led by AVL experts, covering topics such as automation systems, electrification, data processing tools, and calibration methodologies. These sessions take place at AVL Italia's Technical Center in Cavriago, equipped with simulators, instruments, and complete test rooms.

Following the two-month classroom training, participants enter a practical phase, working on selected operational projects alongside senior colleagues and AVL Italia's customers. This phase includes periodic evaluations to track professional growth and gather direct feedback from clients.

H-Demia continues to be a highly qualifying, theoretical, and practical training path, accelerating the integration of young professionals into the workforce and ensuring they are well-prepared to handle AVL's advanced technologies.
