WHAT‘S UNIQUE? Model.CONNECT™ is AVLs integration platform to set up and execute system simulation models which are composed of subsystem and component models from multiple model authoring environments. Models can be integrated based on standardized interfaces Functional Mockup Interface FMI or based on specific interfaces with a wide range of well-known simulation tools. Model.CONNECT™ contains different “execution engines”, which are handling the complex communications between virtual and real components with high sophisticated coupling algorithms. These coupling algorithms are enabling a time dependent and stabile energy conserve coupling of simulation models and simulation models with and on real-time systems, consistent over the development process. Furthermore, the user is supported in organizing simulation model variants. These variants may describe different configurations of systems as well as different testing scenarios and testing environments. Model.CONNECT™ features powerful model parametrization and batch simulation capabilities, online monitoring, result analysis and reporting functionalities. Interfaces to various optimization tools enable design studies and optimizations.
