/ 125 COOLANT CONDITIONING AVL ConsysCool The coolant conditioning system AVL ConsysCool with com��ined primary and secondary circuit control is used to bring the coolant of the Unit Under Test ��UUT�� to a freely defi na��le temperature and keep it within tight limits. Integrated electrical heating supports the pre-heating and improves the control sta��ility. CONTROL Integrated control loops and algorithms are optimized for various re��uirements on steady-state and dynamic/transient test��ed tasks. Besides temperature control, the unit further enables exact simulation of coolant pressure and �� ow ��ehavior ��e.g. radiator, cooling pump��. APPLICATION The wide range of confi gurations of the AVL ConsysCool meets the re��uirements of nearly all automotive test��ed applications. In endof line tests, friction tests, high-dynamic racing engines and all kind of cooling loops in electrifi cation components, the AVL ConsysCool supports the engineers to solve their development and certifi cation tasks effi ciently.
