AVL Emission TechDay 2019

Register

We would like to discuss current emission topics with you and present our solution proposals for modern exhaust gas testbeds.

Topic

The future further reduction of CO2 and the fulfillment of new and stricter emission regulations, such as Euro 6d, are the current challenges of the automotive industry. Both the electrification and new and longer test cycles lead to increasing complexity of the powertrains (HEV, PHEV) and thus also of the exhaust test benches and tests. The highest efficiency is required in the entire test field. Therefore, frontloading (road-to-lab) is becoming an increasingly important topic to calibrate the compliance of emission limits of real driving tests of complex powertrains on other testbed types early in the development process.
