With our ability to create exciters running with speeds of up to 3,600 rpm and maximum customization options, we streamline the entire development process to reduce your engineering workload and free up your internal capacities.

Most of the exciters we manufacture are applied in large synchronous turbo generators (power plants) and in dynamic rotary UPS systems (uninterruptible power supply). Exciters for other applications, such as synchronous hydro generators, are up on request. Your special requirements are taken seriously throughout the lifecycle of our relationship. From design to delivery, we will be your excitation partner for complete customized excitation solutions.

Saving Internal Manufacturing Capacities

We provide all the tools and manufacturing capacities for all exciter components. This enables you to reduce your investments in tooling labor or to have a different focus. The entire manufacturing process is carried out by AVL Moravia, in-house.

About AVL Moravia

What began in 1947 as an R&D institute for electric rotating machines as a state-owned company in the Czechoslovak Republic, transformed into an independent business named VUES Brno, s.r.o., in the early 1990s.
