From September 10th to 13th, the THIESEL 2024 conference took place in Valencia. Hosted by the Clean Mobility & Thermofluids (CMT) University Institute of the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), the conference saw AVL Ibérica’s active participation, continuing its tradition of involvement in all editions.

History
AVL Iberica SA established and opens an office in Mataró, Barcelona.
Renault PIM project in Paris. First major turnkey project outside Spain, with more than 24 different test cells. In 2011 the project received the "Engine Test Facility of the Year" award organized by Automotive Testing Technology International.
JLR project in England, working on more than 30 different test facilities for powertrain development.
CIDETEC project involving the design and installation of several test equipment for testing batteries, e-motors and inverters.
CIDAUT project consisting in the installation of a fuel cell test bench.
