Battery TS™ End of Line – a procedure
that ensures that batterthe

of the cell type, target voltage and
integration level. Industrial robots
implement the individual production
steps (e.g. stacking, laser welding,
module assembly, gluing, electrics
assembly and pack assembly) at
speeds equating to a full-scale production
of 10,000 items per year. Innovative
production processes can
be implemented and tested in real
environments. Furthermore, our
batteries can be produced from oneoff
manufacturing in the A template
to large-scale batches of several hundred
batteries, whilst observing all
the quality criteria stipulated. It is
also possible to implement virtual
methods, such as the 3D printing
of machine components, the training
of virtual robots, and the use of
augmented reality technology in the
assembly process.
