Our various departments offer a wide range of exciting and innovative topics. If your area of interest is not ideally covered by the advertised topics, collaboration is still possible: submit your project or project idea to the relevant AVL department and we will give our best to find the best possible solution. In the summer months between June and September (min. 2 weeks) each year, you can gain your first insights into the world of work at AVL.

Keep in mind which information is particularly important with regard to your previous career in order to be able to assess your qualifications for a position in the best possible way.
Unfortunately, no. This possibility only exists if an internship is mandatory in a training program (external institute).
