Martina Roth

Martina Roth began her career with AVL in 2008 as a contractor supporting the purchasing team. Her dedication and skills quickly led to a full-time, direct hire position as a Buyer in 2010. Martina's career continued to progress as she earned promotions within the purchasing team, eventually taking on a role with Test Systems, Inc. as an Order Handler.

Martina was drawn to AVL by its outstanding environment and collaborative spirit. Martina stated, "AVL is the ideal size, allowing you to interact with various departments and discover opportunities for learning, growth, and advancement into other groups."  She continues to cherish the harmonious culture that AVL fosters. Today, Martina holds a leadership position as the Department Manager of Order Management. In this role, she thrives on the dynamic cross-company interactions and the consistent challenges presented by the ever-evolving industry. Martina's journey at AVL is a testament to her commitment, passion, and the supportive environment that has enabled her growth.
