Its modular pallet, baseplate-free frame, and fast CV shaft coupling simplify vehicle installation while providing the flexibility to accommodate different vehicle architectures and propulsion systems. The solution supports standardized workflows, reduces setup effort, and enables efficient vehicle preparation before testing begins. By minimizing changeover times and maximizing productive testbed operation, AVL X-Rig™ Light-Duty helps accelerate development and validation processes.

The AVL X-Rig™ System is an integral part of our vehicle powertrain testing solutions, enabling efficient testing of complete vehicles under realistic and repeatable laboratory conditions. By simplifying vehicle integration and reducing preparation time, X-Rig™ creates the foundation for highly productive testing workflows.
