Automated E/E Testing

Utilizing real hardware requires a test system with sufficient I/O capabilities to inject simulation data into the vehicle architecture and ensure real-time simulation. The Integration Core provides a real-time capable computing platform designed for HiL testing environments, with interfacing capabilities ranging from signal-based injection to ADAS/AD sensor stimulation. This enables system-level testing of your vehicle's E/E architecture in both the functional safety and scenario-based domains – with precision and repeatability.

ViL Use Case

Complete System Testing

Thanks to the ability to connect to vehicle testbeds, including powertrain and chassis test beds, as well as modules like the AVL Dynamic Steering Force Emulator, the Integration Core supports Vehicle-in-the-Loop (ViL) testing. This enables your ready-to-drive vehicle to be tested in a virtual environment, ensuring safe and reproducible testing with a fully integrated vehicle.
