Lisa joined AVL in 2005 as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, bringing her technical expertise and degree, along with strong behavioral skills. By working closely with customers to define and realize project requirements, Lisa gained valuable customer exposure. Her technical prowess and business acumen quickly became evident. Over the years, Lisa has continued to grow within AVL, taking on roles such as Project Manager, Global Harmonization Manager, Program Manager, and more recently, Director of Sales Engineering and Operations for AVL Test Systems, Inc.

While Lisa’s talents and work ethic have been pivotal to her success, she also credits her mentors for shaping her into the person and leader she is today. Mentorship has been so impactful that Lisa now finds great fulfillment in offering the same guidance to her team. She believes that the support she received from AVL’s leadership is something everyone should experience.
