AVL X-ion™ 683

AVL X-ion™ is a versatile data acquisition platform tailored for electric and hybrid applications. It features high-speed sampling (up to 12 MS/s) and 18-bit resolution for accurate power measurement and analysis. The system is compatible with various testing environments, including in-vehicle and testbed setups, and integrates seamlessly with AVL BEAT™ software for configuration, control, and data processing. Its flexibility and scalability make it ideal for a wide range of applications, such as e-motor testing, power harmonics testing, and energy flow analysis.

Transient Capture & Snapshot Capability

Parallel 100 MS/s high-voltage snapshot path for detailed transient signal analysis.

Automatic identification and configuration of AVL CFC current transducers for streamlined setup.

Multi-Physics Testing

Seamless integration with NVH and combustion analysis via cascading with X-ion Indicating. 

Native Testbed Integration

Direct compatibility with AVL PUMA, CAMEO, and BEAT systems for synchronized testing workflows.

Flexible Interfaces

Supports EtherCAT & CAN with X-ion and CAN-FD & XCP via Ethernet with AVL BEAT PC for versatile application connectivity and automation.
