Bringing together industry leaders, researchers, and system architects at the Institute of Advanced Automotive Propulsion Systems (IAAPS) on 21st May 2026. The event will focus on the real-life engineering challenges behind scaling power density, efficiency, thermal performance, and reliability across passenger vehicles, heavy-duty transport, aviation, marine, and motorsport applications by industry and academia.
Chosen to explore the next generation of high-performance power electronics for Air, Land and Sea sectors, the IAAPS facility is one of Europe’s most advanced propulsion and electrification test environments in the UK. Located in Filton, Bristol (home of the UK’s largest aviation cluster).
The event is co-hosted by AVL and IAAPS and will allow attendees to gain a direct insight into emerging architectures, validation strategies, and industrialisation pathways—bridging cutting-edge research with real-world deployment in the most demanding mobility environments.
Join our movement and reserve the date to engage with the Power Electronics in Mobility community.
