Specialist Quality Control System Development (f/m/d, parental leave replacement)

Your Responsibilities:
  • Project quality assurance and monitoring of process applications in the areas of Control System Development and Function and Software Development projects at our Graz site
  • Providing support and coaching in terms of development processes to project managers and project teams
  • Quality assurance in the use of standards and processes throughout the entire project life cycle
  • Milestone reviews
  • Monitoring and reporting of relevant quality indicators
  • Collecting lessons learned and experience gained in projects and applying them towards the continuous process improvement of current methods
  • Support with regard to quality when new methods are developed in cooperation with the process development teams in charge
  • Coordination in terms of quality-relevant topics with the quality officers in the controls areas of other sites
  • Support and on-site training of quality officers in the controls areas of other sites
  • Carrying out audits in the framework of ISO 9001 and SPICE
  • Organization and coordination of customer audits
Your Profile:
  • Successfully completed relevant training/studies (secondary technical college, university of applied sciences, university of technology, or university)
  • General understanding of the development of functionalities and software and coordination of software projects
  • Process and system knowledge
  • Work expierence in a similar position is an advantage
  • Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, CMMI, SPICE) an advantage
  • Flexibility and self-directed initiative
  • Pronounced communication skills, organizational and teamwork skills
  • Sound knowledge of English
  • Willigness to travel

Annual Remuneration:
Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: EUR 40.600,--. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
